Support Us

There are many ways to support the Charleston Carnegie Public Library.  We've listed some ideas below, but you may have others.  For more information on any donations to the library, please call or stop by the library.

Unrestricted Donations

Donations of any amount are welcome. These gifts can be used to purchase new books, present programs and defray the expenses of the library.

You may donate online using a credit card, by sending a check to the library, or visiting the service desk.

Commemorative Gifts

Celebrate a birth, graduation, new position, significant achievement, retirement or other special occasion. Thank a teacher or coach for a great year. Honor the memory of a loved one or commemorate a special event with a gift to the library.

Both memorial and celebration gifts make your tribute public, through library materials that the community may use and enjoy for years to come. A plaque with the name of the person being honored and the name of the person giving the gift will be placed in the book.  Call the library or stop at the Service Desk for more information.

Commemorative Bricks

Purchase a brick for the KidSpace patio in honor or in memory of someone to raise funds for the library.
